Its one of the good choices i made during my travel plan.A good hotel with everything you need with a good location and very nice staff and amazing breakfast options!

Nice view from the room, exceptional concierge service, close to Moana spot, and quite peaceful location, lots of cafe and massage places around. Personal thanks and greeting to Lydia, who quickly handled my transfer issue to Hanoi from Sapa. Definitely will be coming to this hotel again.

Comfy and the staff very kind and helpful . Rhey have heater in the room. The staff assist us for motorbike rental also if we didnt get grab car they are willing to take us to our bus station.

Very clean and accommodating

We arrived very late at night and the front desk person Jimmy was so friendly and helpful, we end up extending our stays to 4 nights to adventure Sapa!!throughout our stays he helped us with everything where to go and which tour to get ❤️

We loved our stay here! The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were superb. The staff were all so kind and the front desk manager even let us check-in very early after arriving in Sapa at 7 am (thank god because we had a very tiring journey in the sleeper bus!). The breakfast was great and we especially loved the coffee they served. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I will be coming back.

Lovely staff and close to the center

Because of the weather, the windows were leaking making the floor wet every morning. The room smells like mold too.

Absolutely loved my stay! The staff were incredibly attentive. They provided a lot of local recommendations and were available to book tours and drivers. They even did my laundry last minute the night before I was leaving after a muddy, rainy trekking day. The room was clean and cozy, nice hot shower, and the bed was hands-down the most comfortable I have had in all of Southeast Asia. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the center but quiet enough to relax. On rainy days, I was perfectly happy just relaxing in my room. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Sapa!

Staff, bed confort and breakfast

We arrived very early in the morning and felt like we disturbed the rest of the staff but he is very accomodating. We are allowed for an early checked in. The location is in front of Moana. A good restaurant, Yummy, is a 4 min walk. The hotel is clean and feels like its new.

Staff was very nice. Even allowed us to use the spare shower on a rainy day after we checked out. Very nice people. Hotel was very good all the facilities were nice

Location was perfect, 2mins away from the famous moana cafe and around 10mins to sapa station. Near to restaurant, spa salon and grocery store.The bed and pillows are very soft and comfortable.

Value for money. Good view. U get what you pay for so do not expect a luxury hotel.

As only 2 of us have breakfast during 1 morning of our stay. We need to go to a nearby sister hotel for breakfast. It's not a problem but just surprised. Hotel is only mended by 1 front desk staff most of the time.
